The intelligent way to solve personal injury disputes - CEDR Solve PIU
Litigation is like war - the winners have the fewest casualties.
In personal injury cases claimants who have suffered the shock and disruption to their lives feel angry and powerless at being kept of out of their damages while the claims process runs its course; in turn defendants pay out significant sums of money in costs. Litigation fails the parties.
The benefits of ADR are well known. With an open and sensible dialogue between the parties in a voluntary and protected environment the claimant feels that they have been fairly heard while defendants see an end to their liabilities. There is closure for both (of differing qualities) on the terms that they select as right for them.
But until now that has only been economically viable in larger cases.
CEDR Solve PIU is a new suite of products tailored by CEDR for the unique challenges of personal injury claims. CEDR have been innovators in the ADR arena since 1990 and their credentials and quality in ADR are without equal. The suite offers a number of paths to the benefits of affordable ADR in smaller personal injury cases where, until now, litigation has been the only practical route to resolution.
CEDR Solve PIU provides a choice of three highly cost efficient and effective personal injury ADR products:
