CEDR Solve is a recognised Adjudicator Nominating Body (ANB).
Adjudication is intended as an interim dispute resolution process with the adjudicator giving a decision on disputes as they arise during the course of a construction contract. The decision is binding unless or until the dispute is finally determined by court proceedings, arbitration or by agreement of the parties.
We have produced our own Rules for Adjudication which are compliant with The Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (Part II, Section 108) which provides a statutory right to adjudication.
The CEDR Rules for Adjudication may be incorporated into any contract and, uniquely, provide for the dispute to be referred to mediation at any time before the issue of the adjudicator's decision.
