Quality assured independent practice

CEDR Solve direct enables parties to appoint directly from a group of around 30 mediators who are part of the CEDR team or are conducting their independent practice with the quality assurance of CEDR Solve.

Acting as a dedicated clerking facility, CEDR Solve direct provides:

  • On-line Direct Mediator directory with CV's and recent feedback (including their independent practice)
  • Mediator's professional fee rates and availability
  • Mediation agreement if required.
Supporting case management or specialist assistant are available at an additional charge.
