The fast track mediation service

A discounted streamlined service for parties who have already agreed a mediation date and venue and want a swift appointment of a quality mediator.

CEDR Solve express provides:

• Assignment of a suitable mediator for the date and venue requested
• Dedicated Case Manager to assist throughout
• Mediation agreement and documents advice
• Assistant mediator at no extra cost.

How the service operates

1. Clients should refer the case to CEDR Solve using the on-line referral form.

2. CEDR Solve will:

• Select an appropriate CEDR Solve Mediator for the date given by the parties (parties can only object in case of conflict of interest)
• Provide in a confirmation letter;
  • the name and contact details of the mediator; and
  • instructions of the steps to be taken prior to mediation, including delivery of case documents to the mediator
• provide a mediation agreement.

Costs

The CEDR Solve Fast Track service is offered at a 15 per cent discount to our mainstream commercial cases. This discount does not apply to any additional hours.
