Fees
CEDR Solve select - Mediation fees
CEDR Solve's mediation fees under the Solve
Select service are calculated as follows:
- Instruction fee £250 per party; plus
- Mediation fee based on an hourly rate of between £200 and £500, split between the parties. When calculating the fee, CEDR Solve takes into account:
- number of parties involved
- amount in dispute between parties
- required mediator preparation time (usually 2.5 hours per party)
- seniority of mediator
- any other relevant matters, such as timeframe for set-up and complexity of the matter.
The mediation fee is normally quoted on the basis of a 10-hour mediation day (or 8 hours for smaller cases). VAT and expenses are additional.
