Healthcare Commission

The Healthcare scheme allows for a four-hour mediation session, during which time complainants have the opportunity to discuss their complaint with those involved.

The dispute is referred by the Healthcare Commission and CEDR Solve arranges a neutral venue. All costs of the dispute are covered by the Commission.

Please note that the scope of the scheme does not extend to financial compensation.
