Jobcentre Plus is a government agency with the aim of helping people into work and helping employers fill vacancies. The organisation places great importance on valuing its staff, the majority of whom work in job centres of between ten and 100 people at over 1000 offices across the UK.
A tailor-made mediation service was set up by CEDR Solve for resolving internal disputes and complaints. This is a confidential, voluntary service distinct from any disciplinary process or internal complaints investigation procedure.
Employees can request to refer a case to a dedicated CEDR Solve Client Adviser or mediation can be suggested in the course of a formal complaint.
