The Mayor and County Court Scheme is a fixed cost time-limited scheme administered by the City Disputes Panel with CEDR Solve as one of the providers of mediators.
Parties to a case may ask to use the scheme and judges will recommend mediation in appropriate cases. Mediations take place at the offices of the International Dispute Resolution Centre in Fleet Street, London.
