The Performing Arts Mediation Service is an initiative of the Independent Theatre Council and CEDR Solve, set up to meet the specific needs of performing arts professionals.
The service is available to deal with disputes within the performing arts sector. This includes both disputes which are inherent in any business activity (e.g. employment, service contracts, financial matters) and those which are especially prevalent within the arts sector (e.g. copyright). The Performing Arts Mediation Service is completely independent, and any arts organisation can ask for mediation at any stage of a dispute.
