Our people

Our multi-skilled team are drawn from a diverse range of professional and international backgrounds and possess in-depth expertise as mediators, coaches, trainers and consultants, dealing with conflict issues within business worldwide.

Our core team have significant experience of living, working in different regions of the world and with over 12 languages spoken, including Afrikaans, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Croatian, Polish, Urdu, Hindu, Punjabi, Mandarin and Indonesian, CEDR also has strong capability to work in many local languages.

In addition, for more complex or unusual assignments, we can supplement our team by drawing on the resources of our training faculty and mediator panels; and we also have access to overseas support through our affiliation with other ADR Service Providers, where we can draw on the additional capabilities of the leading international commercial mediation and conflict management service providers from France, Italy, the Netherlands and the United States.
