Interviews
Beazley's Frederick F. Marsh on Insurance Dispute Mediation
Listen as Frederick F Marsh speaks about Beazley's decision to join CEDR. Marsh describes how CEDR can offer some great opportunities to increase the training and education of Beazley's people internally. The decision of Beazley Group plc to support an initiative to encourage the use of mediation to settle disagreements underlines the growing acceptance of less acrimonious forms of dispute resolution.
