Caroline joined CEDR in 2007 as a Consultant and plays a key role in CEDR’s work by promoting awareness of its conflict and mediation services most specifically within the financial services sector. She was accredited as a mediator in May 2006 and has since mediated a wide variety of sectors including employment, insurance, professional negligence, property and voluntary sector disputes.
With more than 20 years professional experience within financial services, Caroline was Director of Marketing and Business Development in Change Management and Career Transition and previously, Director of Human Resources and Compliance in the banking and securities sector. She was a registered SFA trader and reported on regulatory issues, in her role as Compliance Officer, directly to the Board and FSA.
Caroline has supported global financial and top FTSE 100 companies deal with organisational conflict and change management issues and in drawing up key strategic planning solutions. Her substantial experience in employment combined with sector knowledge and her ability to build rapport at every organisation level is highly valued.
Originally an Honours graduate of London University, Caroline also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, is a Master practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
