The Communications Internship Programme

This programme will involve successful candidates in the full range of CEDR's communications and external relations activities.

We are looking for undergraduates and recent graduates of any discipline who are interested in pursuing a career in marketing.

This is an excellent opportunity to build on your communications skills in a dynamic environment that will give you experience of both non-profit and commercial marketing work across the legal, corporate and public sectors in which we operate.

You will work as an integral member of CEDR's Communications team, which is responsible for all of our events, marketing, media relations, publications and web communications. The role is very varied, but your day-to-day responsibilities are likely to include activities such as:

  • Contributing to the ongoing development of our website
  • Assisting with CEDR's media relations activity
  • Helping to organise and run seminars and workshops
  • Helping in the publishing process
  • Writing and editing copy for newsletters and website articles
  • Analysing the success of current projects and events, and contributing to the future strategic development of CEDR
  • Office administration - all our interns help out with the day-to-day working of the office, assisting with tasks such as mail-outs, photocopying and filing.
If you are keen to work hard and learn in a stimulating and fun environment with like-minded people please send your CV and a covering letter to Graham Massie at gmassie@cedr.com.

Please indicate the period when you are available, and what you are interested in achieving through a CEDR internship.

Although there is no closing date for these opportunities, applications will be reviewed in batches at the end of each quarter.
