Uju graduated 2.1 LLB (Hons) Law and European Legal Systems degree and joined CEDR in April 2005.
Prior to joining CEDR Solve, Uju worked for a business consultancy specialising in ethical, social and environmental issues.
A Senior Client Adviser and a CEDR Accredited Mediator, Uju advises senior Legal and Corporate clients on dispute resolution procedures as an alternative to litigation in the courts with primary focus on mediation, adjudication, expert determination, and early neutral evaluation. Disputes range from complex multi-million pound, multi-party disputes to court-annexed schemes such as the Court of Appeal Mediation Scheme.
Accredited as a Mediator in 2007, Uju has acted as a lead mediator, co-mediator and assistant mediator in a number of mediations across a wide range sectors including employment/ workplace, partnership, neighbourhood/tenant and general commercial.
In her spare time Uju is also a on the Board of Trustees of Confidential and Local Meditation (CALM) is a small charitable organisation in West London which provides community mediation services.17 Jul 2010
