Originally from Hong Kong, Fiona attended school in Taiwan and moved to the UK in 2000. She graduated in 2003 with a BA (Hons) in Business with Law from Kingston University and completed a MSc in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis from King’s College London in 2005. She is also accredited with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
Prior to joining CEDR, Fiona worked with two advertising agencies and was also involved with volunteer work for orphanages.
Fiona first joined CEDR in July 2005 as a Training Administrator for the CEDR Skills Solution team, and in August 2006, moved across to the CEDR Solve team as a Case Manager. Currently, Fiona is a Client Adviser within the CEDR Solve team and advises clients on the full range of ADR processes including but notwithstanding mediation, adjudication and expert determination and also provides case management where necessary. She has experience managing low to multi-million value disputes across a broad range of sectors and industries. Fiona is also responsible for the development and management of all the CEDR Solve Schemes.
Accredited as a CEDR Mediator in March 2008, Fiona is looking forward to building her mediation career.
Fiona speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluently.
