Following positions in the professional services sector at a firm of chartered surveyors and then at Class Law Solicitors for two years, Amanda joined CEDR as a receptionist in February 2007.
Her main responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day running of CEDR's mediation centre and handling any administration overflow.
