Following two years at Bexley Grammar School studying Art, English Literature and Drama at A Level, Nicola joined CEDR in July 2007 as an Office Assistant. This was Nicola's first full-time role.

She has since progressed to Training Assistant. Within her current position she assists all members of the Skills Solution team with preparations and adminstration for all of the various course formats.
