Ana was accredited as mediator in 2010 and is a Client Adviser for CEDR Solve since 2008. Ana is a multilingual lawyer who qualified in Venezuela, and graduated with merit from an LLM at London School of Economics and Political Science in 2007, focusing on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Ana Virginia qualified as a Lawyer in Venezuela in 2007. She has experience working at law firms (national and international), as a real estate broker and leading educational associations in Venezuela.
Her legal experience at Macleod Dixon and Escritorio Bauder & Asociados, has been in corporate, commercial, taxation, intellectual property, and contentious administrative law. Ana gained valuable working experience as an intern at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in the Dispute Resolution Services in Paris, where she helped set up the international mediation competition in 2007.
Prior to this experience, she worked as president of the United World College’s Venezuelan National Committee for 4 years after she completed her International Baccalaureate from United World Colleges of the Adriatic in Italy. She graduated as a lawyer in Caracas at Universidad Catolica Andres Bello before coming to London for her Masters.
She is a member of the Colegio de Abogados del Distrito Capital de Venezuea, International Centre for Dispute Resolution Young & International, and of Globalaw since 2006.
Ana is native in Spanish, fluent in English and Italian, and has basic knowledge of French.
