Our people
Our internal training team run over 300 days of training a year covering our range of open, in-house and bespoke training programmes. Their collective experience includes organisational development and performance management through to faciliation and mediation training. With their understanding of market conditions, they are responsible for innovative course design, delivery and development and the co-ordination of all programmes.

Our Training Faculty represent the most experienced body of conflict management and mediation trainers in the UK and worldwide.
They comprise a group of over 20 trainers who are accomplished mediators in their field with collective experience of delivering hundreds of participant training days per year. Encompassing a broad spectrum of private, public, and voluntary sectors, this diverse set of expertise allows us to select the most suitable faculty members, according to the precise background and competencies required.
Our Training Faculty undertake an on-going programme of development and are themselves subject to peer and supervisory feedback and review.
