Because the driving force behind every conflict is the approach that individuals adopt, a core feature of CEDR’s conflict management service is to deliver change that starts with the individual and ends with the organisation - to effect an inside out rather than outside in approach to change and development, and to do so from a robust, independent position.
We aim to deliver organisational value through helping individuals achieve sustainable change. Thus, a significant feature of our approach is the work we do with individuals or small groups, helping them change the way they do business with one another.
We offer some open programmes as an introduction to key topic areas. However, the usual approach of our conflict management team is to work with clients on a bespoke basis, customising our interventions according to the needs of the individuals and the business goals of the organisation.
