Most managers and executives have extensive experience of negotiating. However, from time to time, it may be necessary to work on vital deals, often for large sums, upon which the future of the company may depend. Alternatively, you may find that business success – or your career – is hampered by a recurring problem in your negotiations or dealings with colleagues or business partners.
For many senior executives, standard negotiation skills’ training is not enough in these circumstances:
CEDR offers an opportunity to work, on an intensive one-to-one basis, with some of the foremost negotiation trainers in the country. The work concentrates on a specific negotiation issue or situation.
The duration and format of the programme is individually tailored for each client's specific needs. You will be encouraged to develop what already works about how you negotiate, rather than concentrating on what is 'wrong' with your negotiation style. The work will be geared to building up skills or confidence, suggesting new approaches and providing an opportunity for private practice, feedback and coaching.
