Teaching skills that are immediately applicable, CEDR’s negotiation skills and conflict management training programmes are designed to fit the requirements of our clients in terms of content, level of interactivity and duration. Using tailored case studies and role-play, delegates work with simulations which reflect their work-place reality and tackle issues and skills which truly reflect their core concerns.
Bespoke training
Customised training is one of the most effective means of delivering individual and team skills and to improve performance. Our programmes are therefore developed in modular form so that, having worked through a training needs analysis with our team, clients need select only those items which directly meet their precise requirements.
According to client requirements, each training module can be delivered as a single stand-alone course. Alternatively, modules may be modified and/or combined so as to create a fuller programme. Event durations may range from a half-day workshop up to a series of training events or a full week’s course.
