Supporting mediation in County Courts - Mediation Information Sessions in County Courts

Over the course of 2011, CEDR has participated in the Mediation Information Sessions in County Courts; assigning trained mediation professionals to county courts in Manchester, Birmingham and London, to support litigants interested in mediation.

With support from the district Judges, over 15 mediators attended sessions to provide potential parties with the information necessary to take up mediation as an alternative to using the courts.
