Mediators
We would like to advise Mediators working in the UK to take part in CEDR's biennial Mediation Audit before it closes, to help us benchmark the current commercial dispute resolution practice, its growth and other trends. The audit is part of CEDR's not-for-profit work to raise the profile of commercial mediation and the results of the audit will be published for free on the CEDR website and are widely used in the Alternative Dispute Resolution field.
The survey should take no longer than 12 minutes, is being conducted on an anonymous basis, and can be accessed at the online mediator survey.
Lawyers
There is a separate survey for lawyers who represent parties in mediation (both in-house and external), to complete this please visit the lawyers in mediation survey.
Results
To see the results of the last audit please read the PDF of the 2007 Audit on the CEDR website. The current surveys will close on 29 January 2010 and results will be published in early 2010.
