Drawing on our full range of expertise as conflict management experts, CEDR provides consultancy services to organisations and companies from a range of backgrounds, with the aim of enabling our clients to manage conflict more effectively. We help clients build corporate capability in conflict management, enabling them to self-sufficiently manage their conflict situations and cut the cost of conflict.
There are different levels to the consultancy offering, which clients can choose to engage with. This process applies to both to consultancy relating to conflict systems and skills solutions.
Our consultancy toolkit includes:
Initially, this may involve analysis of either/or both internal and external systems and processes. It may be triggered by the wish to introduce a set of processes, such as ADR, or by the wish to run a diagnostic process of an under-performing system.
As a result, our clients achieve the benefits of early and cost-effective conflict management, realising the creative potential of conflict situations and avoiding reliance solely on conflict resolution and crisis response. CEDR's solutions won't make conflict go away, but they will help organisations manage conflict more efficiently and effectively - cutting the cost of conflict and enhancing its value potential.
