CEDR Exchange forum
Sometimes environments can seem too hostile or (worse) apathetic for mediation to thrive. CEDR is frequently asked by mediators how they can work more co-operatively with CEDR to expand the ADR field, develop opportunities to use their mediation skill set, increase the awareness of mediation and ultimately increase the number of disputes going to mediation.
CEDR wants to ensure that we realise the potential from developing relationships with and through mediators and to this end we welcome a frank exchange of views and ideas on joint initiatives.
At this forum therefore we will hear how mediators and non-mediators are helping to change organisational cultures and litigious mindsets and what mediators can do within their own professions to help grow the field.
