Dispute clinic: Workplace and employment disputes

CEDR invite you to an afternoon of sharing and learning about various methods and processes in conflict resolution for workplace disputes.

Unaddressed conflict within the workplace degrades performance and productivity and yet in a Roffey Park survey, 57 % of managers reported that “inaction” was their organisations main method of conflict resolution.

This session will include

  • A discussion of dispute resolution processes
  • Working through real life conflicts with the group, and with the advice of CEDR's Workplace Mediation team
  • An opportunity to have a private 1-2-1 session for support with a current conflict from one of our team

In advance of this event we ask that you send through, in confidence, details of a case that we will make anonymous and then as a group, discuss alternative courses of action.

The cost
£35.00 plus 17.5% UK VAT for CEDR members
