CEDR's internationally recognised Mediator Skills training course can be run as an in-company course for any organisation.
Flexible approach
As part of our in-company service, the course structure is flexible, and available in various formats, including or excluding the assessment section.
Building on twenty years experience of running our courses across the globe, we are able to adapt our teaching according to the needs of each company, as well as addressing any cultural and religious differences and gender balance issues.
In a recent series of courses run in the Middle East, we were able to accommodate our clients not only to meet their requests on religious needs, but were also able to introduce into the programme the topic of gender imbalance and how to deal with it, as this was a key issue which the client wanted to address.
Faculty training
We are able to provide training sessions for organisations who wish to build their own faculty capacity under CEDR supervision. Previously, we have run our courses in partnership with local organisations in Nigeria, South Africa and Hong Kong
Course
Although most of the courses we run require a high level of English proficiency, we are able to run courses in countries where participants have a limited knowledge of the English language. We are able to do this through simultaneous translation during the teaching part of the course, and also during the assessments of the delegates.
