CEDR's negotiation training has been developed with the benefit of the rare and valuable insights afforded to those who have the experience of both negotiating and being third-party neutral within negotiations. This privileged position allows us to take account of the development and impact of skill, strategy and techniques on both sides of the negotiation table without being invested in either and to incorporate this learning within our negotiation training. This high level of practical experience is matched and underpinned by in-depth knowledge of academic research and writing on negotiation and related fields.
CEDR never lose sight of the importance that the core focus of our training is providing professionals with interactive skills based training; whilst theory is important to understanding, our clients need to be able to take ideas back into their own context and apply them rapidly and effectively.
We provide a range of different options for those wishing to address negotiation within their organisation.
Certificate in Advanced Negotiation | The groundbreaking Certificate in Advanced Negotiation is an intensive, seven day course which combines practice, theory and reflective learning to give delegates a rare level of skill and insight into the varied facets of negotiation.
