Challenging situations and environments are part and parcel of business but they have never been so critical than in today's economic climate. From the need for effective team working to ensuring the ever pressurised senior executive is supported through a crisis situation, avoidance is no longer an option.

CEDR's experienced coaching team are able to assist teams and individuals at all organisational levels who are ‘lost' and need assistance to find a way forward or for those who simply need to raise their game to meet the new challenges in today's organisations.

Our panel work on a confidential basis to

  • coach through challenging and difficult situations and environments including times of crisis and dispute;
  • aid individuals and / or teams to get back on track post conflict situation; and
  • provide one on one support to embed learning or different styles of working.

Whilst they cannot make challenges disappear, our skilled team can help individuals and teams to face them and find a positive way forward, including;

Helping individuals to re- engage with each other after a dispute or period of difficulty in their relationship, making any reconciliation workable and sustainable.

Encouraging individuals to think differently about a problem or difficulty, leading to new insights or solutions.

Assisting individuals to develop the confidence and strategies to resolve longstanding dilemmas.

Supporting and encouraging the transfer of learning into the business environment.

Support

Providing independent and professional backing to an individual or team undertaking a difficult task or managing a transition.

Serving as a sounding board and giving an individual confidence to behave differently or have the courage to reach for resolution.

Team work

Supporting individuals to build effective business relationships and function well in teams.

Unblocking

Assisting teams to move beyond situations in which there are tensions or serious dilemmas involve emotions or fundamental disagreements.

Packages

CEDR's coaching services are designed to fit the needs of busy individuals. All of our coaches work within the context of the challenging or conflict situation and follow the same process and principles, whether working with an individual, group or team.

Our flexible coaching will vary in terms of how much time we spend with clients I but all packages fees provide the following

  • Face to face meetings - this can vary from a one off individual session through to 6, 12, or 18 hour programmes
  • Chemistry meeting with up to Three Coaches
  • Contracting meeting with Coach and Sponsor
  • Telephone and email support
  • Psychometrics with written reports and individual feedback.

The coaches fee is quoted on application dependent on seniority, expertise and length of engagement.

Our coaching team

The CEDR coaching team is unique. All of our coaches are practising mediators and experts in conflict and challenging environments. They are able to draw on over 20 years of experience, including the lessons learnt from over 16,000 disputes and conflict situations together with the leading thinking on conflict management and negotiation.
