Caroline is highly respected in the market place for her proactive, energetic and professional approach. Clients are delighted with her ability to listen, challenge positions and unlock negotiations to find solutions that are sustainable. Much of her mediation  work is in employment/workplace disputes across all sectors including banking, financial services, insurance, charities, construction and engineering, pensions, property,public sector and IT.  In addition she has extensive experience in commercial, property and construction cases and  an increasing number of appointments in civil, professional negligence and partnership disputes. Caroline has a very high success rate (over 90% for both 2009 and 2010), due in part to he work with the parties after the mediation day itself, and is one of the few non-lawyer mediators recognised in the 2011 Legal Experts guide.

After more than 6 years' mediation experience Caroline is now also a CEDR consultant. She holds a Coaching qualification with Henley Business School where she is now a ‘supervisor’ on its MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change. Her skills as a coach in conflict issues further support her work as mediator.
