Consumer dispute resolution

As Europe's leading dispute resolution service we provide mediation and other ADR services to thousands of organisations and individuals each year and we work with organisations to develop schemes that are carefully designed to meet the needs of the organisation or the sector within which they operate.

Schemes are ideal where there may be a higher volume of disputes and businesses (and their consumer or business customers) can benefit from economies of scale.

Schemes are cost effective and speedy alternatives to the court. We currently provide a range of schemes, several of which are accessed below. Some of our schemes are provided in private and the users have asked us not to publish details.

If you would like to develop a scheme for your sector or business, please contact Gina Shim on 020 7536 6060 or submit our online enquiry form.

Charity Commission

The Independent Complaints Reviewing Service for the Charity Commission

CEDR Solve is one of two Independent Complaints Reviewing Service providers, which reviews complaints from customers of the Charity Commission (the Commission) about its administration. The Independent Complaints Reviewer (ICR) will look at the Commission's standards of administration in reaching conclusions about the Commission's engagement with the complainant; and whether its procedures were properly followed. The service is reserved for more serious and complex complaints about the Commission's administration where it is contended that the Commission's actions or inactions have contributed to significant detriment and injustice; and for cases where the ICR can make the most difference.
