CEDR is presenting a series of one-day courses which we believe are essential for anyone who is a member of a team, manager, team-leader, or board level director and will provide information, strategies and methods of practice for the effective management of conflict.
These courses combine to provide a comprehensive primer on the key issues for effective conflict management, but each course can also be taken as a stand-alone. Thus clients may book on only one course if they wish – similarly, clients wishing to attend more than one course need not take them in the order published – the cycle will be repeated throughout 2008.
