The 7 habits of an Effective Mediation Advocate

Eileen Carroll is CEDR's Deputy Chief Executive. She started her career in the international chemical industry and has over 25 years' experience as a lawyer and 20 years as a mediator.  Her experience as an advocate and mediator on both sides of the Atlantic has earned her a formidable reputation as a pioneer in international mediation work.  She is co-author of International Mediation - The Art of Business Diplomacy published by Kluwer and holds the award of Distinction for her pioneering international mediation work from the US based CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution. She has written and lectured extensively on international negotiation - engagements including Harvard, OECD and the World Bank.

The seminar will provide Eileen's insight into what can make negotiation and mediation a more valuable, strategic experience, truly adding value to the client. Eileen has seen the good, the bad and the ugly, and knows what works. If you want to look good with your client, you should be at this event.
