We’ve come across every negotiation style imaginable; we know what moves the process forward towards effective outcomes, what moves it backwards; and we seen every trick in the book (as well as many more that aren’t written down anywhere).
Our negotiation courses combine knowledge inputs with practice and feedback, combining the fruits of our practical experience with the latest academic learning. The overall emphasis, however, is always on skills development - on learning through practice, feedback, review and reflection – and then further practice.
