Mediation in organisations

Organisations are rapidly adopting mediation as an effective way of preventing/resolving conflict.  Selecting topics from this section will provide participants with the opportunity to learn about mediation and acquire best practice skills for conflict prevention, management and resolution.

Topics within this module include:

  1. Introduction to effective dispute resolution and mediation
  2. Training and practice sessions using the mediation skill set
  3. Dealing with challenging people issues and highly sensitive and emotional cases
  4. Learning the necessary communications skills to establish trust and facilitate conflict resolution
