Mediation theatre

This event aims to bring alternative dispute resolution to a wider audience and provide the opportunity to experience the dynamics of mediation through a live demonstration with commentary.

The session is designed for those who are interested in the mediation process and would like to see how it operates in practice. Although the theatre will be a shortened version of events, it will provide the ideal opportunity to see mediation in action.

The narrative and theatre will focus on the 5 phases of mediation: Preparing, Opening, Exploring, Bargaining & Settlement, and will be conducted using a case study tailored to the audience & sector.

Who should attend?
The theatre, which is delivered by a fully CEDR Accredited mediator, will be of interest and value to a wide audience, from trainees to partners, and is an effective forum for the sharing of knowledge and experiences.

The cost
As a not-for-profit, there is a nominal charge of £600+VAT to cover costs (Members are eligible for one free theatre each year).
