Sophie Wollen

Office Manager

Sophie is CEDR’s Office Manager.

Sophie joined CEDR in 2019 as an Apprentice Receptionist and Office Administrator. Her day to day tasks included greeting clients, managing room bookings and taking calls on CEDR’s reception line.

During the pandemic she was transferred to the Complaints Redress Unit where she worked on the new Amazon Platform-to-Business and Aviation Schemes. She helped manage the cases as well as train new and existing staff on the schemes.

After completing her Apprenticeship and a year in the Complaints Redress Unit she returned to the Corporate Resources Team as Receptionist and Office Administrator.

In May 2022, Sophie was promoted to Office Manager. She is now responsible for the day to day running of the office and assisting the Head of People and Corporate Resources with HR Administration.
