Assistant Manager - Consumer Services
Michelle joined CEDR in 2011 and was previously supervising Team Leader of the Consumer Services Team. Recently, Michelle was promoted to Assistant Manager with responsibilities including full operational support to stakeholders and neutrals throughout the ADR process and service delivery of the team. Having worked in alternative dispute resolution for over a decade, Michelle’s experience is broad covering various complaints from consumers including communications and internet service providers under the Communication and Internet Service Adjudication Scheme (CISAS); postal operators (POSTRS); Airlines (Aviation); Waters companies (WATRS).
Michelle also has responsibility for handling complaints regarding the level of service provided by CEDR consumers in relation to its dispute resolution schemes. Michelle became a Chartered of Arbitrators (CIARB) accredited workplace mediator in 2011.
