Consumer Team Manager
Michelle joined CEDR in 2011 and had a number of roles in the Consumer Team. Michelle was previously Assistant Team Manager and in April 2019 was promoted to Consumer Team Manager.
Having worked in alternative dispute resolution for over a decade, Michelle’s experience is broad covering various complaints from consumers including communications and internet service providers under the Communication and Internet Service Adjudication Scheme (CISAS); postal operators (POSTRS); Airlines (Aviation); Waters companies (WATRS). Michelle became a Chartered of Arbitrators (CIARB) accredited workplace mediator in 2011.
Michelle’s responsibilities include oversight of the SLA’s and KPI’s for all consumer schemes as well as ensuring a high standard of customer service by the Consumer Services Team.
Michelle also has responsibility for handling complaints regarding the level of service provided by CEDR consumers in relation to its dispute resolution schemes.
