In order to adjudicate your claim you will need to complete an application form and submit it to us for assessment. You can do this quickly online via the button below or you can take a longer route by downloading the claim form.

Before making an application, please first check that the following conditions apply to your complaint:

  • The airline is a CEDR subscriber,
  • You have already complained to the airline and they have sent you a written final response that refers you to CEDR, or at least eight weeks have passed since you first complained to the airline;
  • No more than 12 months has elapsed since you received the final response from the airline.

Please note that CEDR cannot deal with the following types of complaint:

  • Claims against airlines that do not subscribe to CEDR,
  • Claims that have not previously been referred to the airline or where 8 weeks have not yet passed since the complaint was first made,
  • Claims where the airline has not issued a final written response referring to CEDR,
  • Complaints that we deem have no real substance or that are made only to create trouble for a airline.
