In order to adjudicate your claim you will need to complete an application form and submit it to us for assessment. You can do this quickly online via the button below or you can take a longer route by downloading the claim form.

Before making an application, please first check that the following conditions apply to your complaint:

  • The airline/airport is a CEDR subscriber,
  • You have already complained to the airline/airport and they have sent you a written final response that refers you to CEDR, or at least eight weeks have passed since you first complained to the airline/airport;
  • No more than 12 months has elapsed since you received the final response from the airline/airport.

CEDR will not be able to deal with your complaint if these conditions are not met.

If we deem that complaints have no real substance or are made only to create trouble for an airline/airport we will also refuse to deal with them.
