CISAS was approved as an ADR Entity by Ofcom in July 2015. Under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015, CISAS is required to publish information on an annual basis relating to the operation of the Scheme.
The Independent Reviewer is not based at CEDR, nor are they part of that organisation. There are two aspects to the Indepdendent Reviewer’s role.
- They can consider individual complaints about certain aspects of the level of service provided by CISAS.
- They conduct overall reviews of service complaints and produce an interim and an annual report which will published on this page.
CISAS was established in 2003 and during its operation it has generated lots of useful data and information. In addition to recording KPIs, we also keep records of other statistical information to be published in our annual reports. Below is a list of the annual reports that have been published so far.
For operational reasons it was agreed with OFCOM that a combined report would be produced for 2011 & 2012.
