Before you can refer a dispute to CEDR you must follow these steps:

Step 1:

If you are concerned about your treatment, then you should take it to the person who treated you. If you remain dissatisfied, then you may make a complaint using the complaints procedure that all clinics on the Treatments You Can Trust Register maintain and which should be readily available to you.

Step 2:

If you remain dissatisfied with the reply given by your clinic, and your clinic has written to you saying that is their final position on the matter, then you can contact Treatments you can Trust at the address shown below requesting “Stage 2 complaint procedure”.

Step 3:

Treatments you can Trust will refer your complaint to CEDR who will facilitate further dialogue between you and the clinic and help both parties find a suitable settlement of the issues.
