Stage One: Raise your concerns with the company directly.

Stage Two: If you remain dissatisfied following confirmation from the company that you have reached the end of their complaints process you may refer the matter to referenceline.

Stage Three: If referenceline are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction they will provide you with an application form for CEDR adjudication or invite you to obtain it from this website.

Stage Four: CEDR will review your application and, if the application is within our remit, an adjudication will be conducted.
