What is ADR?
When consumers have problems with a trader regarding a product or service they bought, they can seek to resolve the matter out-of-court through an Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure.
When can I use ADR?
If you have referred your complaint to the trader but it remains unresolved having reached the end of their complaints procedure.
