The CEDR Mediation Audit 2016
Welcome to the CEDR Mediation Audit 2016 run in conjunction with the Civil Mediation Council.
This is the seventh biennial audit of mediators and lawyers' attitudes towards and experiences of mediation.
UK MEDIATOR AUDIT: Take part in the mediator audit
The results of the audit are widely used in the Alternative Dispute Resolution field, as they help inform us all about developments in the field. The results will be published in full on the CMC and CEDR websites in May 2016 and the first announcement of the results will be at the Annual Conference of the Civil Mediation Council on 11th May 2016. The audit is the seventh that CEDR has conducted in the last 14 years as part of its not-for-profit work to raise the profile of commercial mediation.
There is a separate survey for lawyers who represent parties in mediation (both in-house and external), and if you would like to complete this please visit the lawyers in mediation survey.
UK LAWYER AUDIT: Take part in the lawyer audit
The audit is being conducted on an entirely anonymous basis. For mediators or lawyers taking part, at no time will you be asked for your name, address or other identifying personal details (although at the end of the survey there is an option to insert an email address if you would like us to send you full results of the audit after publication of its findings). The questionnaire should take no more than 7 minutes of your time. Please try to answer all questions.
The Audit will close on Saturday, 30th April 2016.
