Payment policy & cancellation/transfer terms [CEDR]
Full payment is due at the time of booking. To confirm a course booking, credit card details or a cheque for the full fee should be enclosed when submitting/returning the registration form. Your place on the course is confirmed once we have provided you with written notification. Once your booking has been confirmed, any initial materials will be dispatched.
Alternatively, provisional bookings can be made whereby a place is held for a limited period. An invoice is issued and full payment is due within 28 days of issue or 28 days of the course commencing, whichever is the sooner. CEDR reserves the right to cancel provisional bookings in the event that payment is not received within these periods. The full fee must accompany bookings made less than 28 days in advance of a course commencing.

If no substitute can be found, no refund will be given. If a participant provides at least 28 days notice of transfer to an alternative training day, no administration fee will be charged. If a participant provides less than 28 days notice of transfer and a substitute participant is available, no administration fee will be charged. If no substitute can be found, no refund will be given but a discretionary discount of 25% may be given on the fee for the new training day.
