This seminar is part of our Mediator Professional Development series designed to offer advanced, on-going support and encouragement through the first year of being a mediator. The series run on a rolling schedule, allowing all newly accredited mediators to access the programme immediately after their accreditation.
Negotiation Skills for Mediators
This module provides delegates with further training in bargaining and negotiation, the session will draw upon current theory and the experience of practiced mediators.
The seminar will cover advanced bargaining skills, probing and reality test potential offers, how to convey an offer strategically and blocks to negotiation and bargaining.
To attend this seminar you must have become a CEDR accredited meditor within the past 12 months.
