Short Introduction

Corrado Mora is an international mediator with over 20 years’ experience in cross-border, complex, and multiparty disputes across civil, commercial, IP and sports matters. A FCIArb and accredited by CIArb and CEDR, he serves on panels including ICDR-AAA, WIPO, CPR, CEDR, CAS/TAS, ADGM, CAM, and the OECD. He teaches mediation and negotiation as Senior Faculty of CIArb and at the University of Trento, advises global organizations, and is an attorney admitted to the Verona Bar with an LL.M. in ADR.

About Work

Corrado Mora is an international mediator and dispute resolution practitioner with over twenty years of experience and hundreds of mediations conducted annually. He works on cross-border, complex, and multiparty disputes in civil, commercial, business, intellectual property, sport, climate, workplace, consumer, and community matters. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a CEDR and CIArb Accredited Mediator, and trained in workplace and employment mediation at the London School of Mediation and the International Ombudsman Association. He serves on several prominent international panels of neutrals, including ICDR-AAA, WIPO, OECD, CPR, CEDR, CAM, CAS/TAS, CafA, ADGM-DRHC, AALCO-HKRAC, IAMC and AMCA. He is also a member of the International Ombuds Association. As a trainer and consultant in mediation, ADR, and negotiation, Corrado works with the United Nations (UNDP, UNLB, UNFSU), USAID, and multiple EU projects on ADR, peer mediation, and conflict management. He is on the CIArb Approved Faculty List and serves as Course Director, Senior Faculty, Chief Assessor, and Moderator for CIArb mediation training and accreditation, including virtual formats and specialized programs for the European Patent Office and Fusion4Energy. He contributes to the field through roles with the IMI Mediation Public Policy Committee, the Mediation Advisory Council of AMCA, and the academies of FIDRA and CAM. He regularly trains companies, law firms, professional associations, and unions. Corrado teaches mediation and negotiation at the University of Trento and has been a Visiting Professor at several international universities. An attorney-at-law admitted in Italy, he holds an LL.M. in ADR and Mediation.
