I do believe we can change the conflict management culture with a high level of professional cooperation and broad social education.
My mission is to help and make people familiar with mediation and alternative conflict resolutions, turn infuriating disputes and exhausting, costly lawsuits into peaceful, long-term solutions and win-win cooperations.
I support my clients regaining control of communication and their lives, improving relationships, finding new perspectives and moving forward on the path of development whether they are individuals or organizations.
About Work
25+ years of professional experience and comprehensive diagnostics, I help to explore and remedy conflicts.
In addition to mediation, I deal with individual development, restorative conflict management within groups, and organizational ombudsman activities.
Since years, I am actively educate meditation as a university lecturer, providing professional practice leadership and supervision, and teaching alternative conflict management techniques in my interactive training courses.I support my clients with deep passion and professional commitment in overcoming conflicts to reach mutually acceptable solutions.
It is a pleasure and great satisfaction withnessing parties transforming seemingly insurmountable disagreements into constructive outcomes.
