Mediation offers a clear and cost effective route to resolve commercial disputes with a potentially huge saving of time and legal costs. I thrive on bringing parties together even where they appear to view settlement options very differently. I am able to break down barriers and build a rapport with most people and to create an environment conducive to settlement.

About Work
I have been mediating since 1995. I have taken part in well over 120 mediations, many as the principal mediator and many others advising clients. As a mediator I offer a warm, relaxed style that parties tell me they find engaging.
As an experienced (over 33 years) commercial litigator and the senior partner of a thriving boutique firm of solicitors in London, I am used to dealing with all different types of people from many different walks of life and cultural backgrounds. My style is robust and clear and I do my best to listen and understand where each party is coming from. I am able to build trust and confidence with even the most difficult people.
Away from the constraints of a complex Court case mediation can offer creative solutions to a commercial dispute that a Judge cannot. I am always looking and thinking outside the box in an attempt to break down barriers and negotiate settlement terms. I receive consistently positive feedback in the leading legal directories.
